For insurance compliance, all flights must be conducted as dual instruction with our flight instructor occupying the right seat.

Weather conditions and required maintenance are unpredictable. These factors may alter your schedule or the time needed to complete your block hours.

If a flight requires an overnight stay away from our home base, you will be responsible for all personal and incidental expenses (including lodging, ground transportation, and any applicable airport fees) separate from standard flight rates.

Upon arrival, all pilots must present full identification and credentials before flying. This includes a passport or birth certificate, driver's license, pilot certificate, and a current medical certificate.

The total estimated cost for each day's training must be paid in full prior to the start of that flight day.

If your flight time exceeds your pre-purchased block time, the remaining balance for those additional hours must be paid immediately upon completion of the flight, calculated at your purchased hourly rate.
